Join us for 2 special Christmas Eve Services at Bethany! At 7:00 we will have our traditional candlelighting Christmas Eve service. Our choir will sing and Pastor Jeff will give an inspirational Christmas message to help you prepare your heart for the true meaning of Christmas! Our 11:00 service takes you back to a simpler time, back to the basic Bible story presented in dramatic fashion. Joel Shumaker will once again play the role of a Biblical character who witnessed the birth of Christ, and share the meaning of Christmas in a powerful, personal way.

The Spares and Pairs Sunday School class is teaming up with Conemaugh Health Systems to bring a blood screening to Bethany UMC on Saturday, December 7th! If you or someone you know would like to get a screening, please contact the church office at 266-9588. The cost is $25, and the screenings will take place from 7 am to 9 am in the Fellowship Hall at Bethany UMC. You must make an appointment, and must fast for 12 hours before the blood screening.

On Sunday, 12/14/08 at 7:00 pm, Bethany UMC will hold our Annual Round Table Carol sing at Bethany! Come and share in celebrating Christmas with us, and enjoy the delicious desserts and the old familiar favorite carols! Call the church office for more information at 266-9588.
